Hi my name is Ty
My mission for working out is to stay healthy and mobile for as long as possible! My hobbies are normally outside which includes skateboarding and hiking. Working out I specialize in calisthenics I also do well with teaching groups. Fundamentally for me I feel like a person needs to be able to move their own bodyweight before even thinking about other avenues in working out if ever! The calisthenic route is no easy task but can be extremely rewarding to one’s mental and physical health also makes task in every day life a lot easier. Working out with me will ensure you a challenge but also support and uplifting!
