We are now hosting classes in the Basketball Court, Pool, and C-Fit Studio! If you are feeling ill or not comfortable with coming to the GYM just yet, our previously recorded video classes remain on Facebook and YouTube. We plan to add more on-site classes as attendance and demand increases.

The goal with holistic nutrition is for you to invest in your health and wellness and discover food-based prevention and treatment for common issues.  Holistic nutrition focuses on the interconnectivity of the mind, body, and outside factors.  Join Jamie Webb at The GYM Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness for this workshop to find out more about Holistic Nutrition. There are two sessions currently scheduled for Friday, November 12 at 10:45am (after Polly's Boot Camp) as well as Tuesday, November 16 at 5:00pm (before Ashley's H.I.I.T.
