Refund Policy

Swim Lessons and Summer Camp

There are no refunds or make-up days for classes or camp days missed.

If a child is sick, and misses more than 3 days, a refund will be given on a pro-rated basis. A note from the child’s doctor is required to receive the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a one week.
