Mind Over Mat: For a fit body & fit mind

 

It’s time to transform your body and your mind! We’ll lead you through a warmup exercise to get your blood flowing, an energizing aerobic workout, and then we’ll end the session with a calming 30 minutes of yoga. Get ready to break a sweat and find inner peace!

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-1:00 PM in the Aerobic Room.

FREE FOR FIRST 10 CLIENTS, this is a four week long class with two sessions a week available, from 12-1 pm. With a $125 value, this is worth your time whether a gym member or non member. This class will be held in the Gym’s Aerobics Room! Please reserve your spot below!
