About the trainer:
I love helping women of all ages and life stages meet their changing fitness and health goals. I use many different kinds of equipment and lots of encouragement to keep my clients moving and motivated. I want to take the intimidation factor out of coming into the gym and help women learn to love exercising as much as I do. I truly enjoy my “job” and seeing my clients and class participants every day!
I also teach group fitness classes here at The Gym, including Muscle Mania, Boot Camp, and Tabata/Interval Training.
Monday-Friday mornings and limited afternoons.
