All the benefits of one-on-one training at a lower cost and added peer support. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers and fitness coach will offer you a friendly and motivated environment in which to pursue your individual health and fitness goals. All sessions are available for 2x a week.
What is a fitness coach?
- Instruct individual clients or client groups on proper and safe equipment usage
- Provide dietary advice relevant to client fitness and lifestyle goals
- Determining clients’ exercise needs
- Assigning fitness activities and revising when needed
- Instructing and motivating clients
