Description
A boxing coach is a professional who trains and guides boxers to improve their skills, technique, fitness, and strategy for the sport of boxing. They typically work with athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals, and help them prepare for competitions or simply improve their overall performance. A boxing coach plays a crucial role in helping a boxer develop their craft, stay in peak condition, and achieve their goals in the sport. The small group environment helps facilitate real life training with others of similar ability.
Beginner Boxing Classes are held 2 times per week for one month. Classes are held on Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30 and Saturday 4:30 – 5:30 pm
All the benefits of one-on-one training at a lower cost and added peer support. Our Boxing Coach will offer you a friendly and motivated environment in which to pursue your individual health and fitness goals. All sessions are available for 2x a week. This rate is based on 4 – 6 clients per monthly session.
Must be the same clients for the entire training session. Maximum 6 clients to a group.
Cost $125 per person for the month
