Pilates is taught to suit each person and exercises are regularly re-evaluated to ensure they are appropriate for that person. Due to the individual attention, this method can suit everybody from elite athletes to people with limited mobility, pregnant women and people with low fitness levels.

The health benefits of Pilates include:

Pilates classes at The GYM are considered small group training sessions. Classes are taught by Marci in a private studio located at the front of the complex. The maximum capacity of this class is 6 participants. All skill levels are welcome. Keep in mind that this is a serious pilates training session and you will get a good workout.

Description

Pilates Small Group Classes will be held on Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 8:30am and Tuesdays/Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm starting in December.

Pilates Small Group Training has all the benefits of one-on-one pilates training at a lower cost and added peer support. Our Pilates Trainer, Marci, offers a friendly and motivated environment in which to participants pursue individual health and fitness goals.
