TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. If you have been wanting to give it a try but don’t know where to start this training is perfect for you!

Our nationally certified  personal trainers Jill and Hannah are able to walk you through how to use TRX equipment and get the most out of your workout in our new space, the TRX studio.
