Couch-to-5k Program

Customized 12-week running program created for you by RRCA Level 1 Running Coach, Jessica Diaz. The program will be designed based on your current fitness level as well as your goals for the Turkey Trot for the Trail 2020.

All registrants enrolled in program will receive a call to schedule their consultation with the coach and will begin training the week on September 7, 2020. You are also invited to join your coach for a 3-mile group run every Wednesday 6:00 pm at The GYM for the duration of your training.
