‘Ori Tahiti Fitness is a fun and exciting dance workout using the basic dance movements from the Island of Tahiti. ‘Ori Tahiti will not only provide a total body workout, but it will isolate your larger muscle groups, strengthen and define your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads, and arms. ‘Ori Tahiti Fitness incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to traditional drum beats fused with reggae and pop. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy! This class is $10 a person, paid directly to the instructor at time of class.
