If you would like a more personal, one-on-one training experience we have lifestyle coaching at CCAW with professional staff waiting to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Lifestyle Coaches will coach and teach you throughout the entire training process, thus enabling you to continue your success the rest of you life.

We also offer custom programs that are used for a six week workout routine, designed to challenge each member and keep the workout boredom at bay.
Body Composition Stats are free with orientation for members, however from time to time non-members are in need of this valuable information.
Group Personal Training ( GPT )
Learn workout techniques that will allow you to enter any gym anywhere and know exactly what to do and how to do it. Training techniques will speed your weight loss, sculpt your body, and overall help you with your general fitness. This is the class for friends to do together to learn how to change their body and challenge each other.
Learn how to complete super sets, pyramids and descending sets and many more training techniques. Have training partners and assistance for negative sets. See a fast gains in muscle mass and get diet tips when meeting weekly with your trainer. The trainer will coach you and monitor your weights, form and repetitions while working out.
Maximum class size is 4 to a class.The class length is 10 weeks, with weekly weigh-ins and program up-dates every 4 weeks.
These classes fill up 3 months in advance and are one of our most popular programs.
